Unquestionable Honesty
Trust can take weeks to earn and seconds to be lost. It takes strength and courage to be consistently honest and it’s our first and most important core value. It may be owning up to mistakes, admitting gaps in knowledge or sharing successes. Good or bad, honesty is the keystone to a fruitful relationship.
Silver-lining Mindset
We only ever look for two main attributes, personality, and character. Techniques can be taught but a positive outlook is a bit trickier to teach. We always look for people who see the opportunity in a challenge.
